Seller Agreement

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This Seller Agreement supplements the Terms of Service and applies to any user who posts listings on
Nautical Marketplace ("Seller"). By posting a listing, you agree to this Seller Agreement.

5.1 Eligibility to Sell
You must have a registered account in good standing. You represent that you are authorized to sell the
items you list and that the items are legal to sell in the relevant jurisdictions.

5.2 Listing Requirements
When creating a listing you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information about the item
• Use clear, high-quality photos that accurately represent the item
• Select the correct category and location
• Disclose known defects, damage, or material issues
• Comply with all applicable laws (including export controls, maritime regulations, and consumer
protection rules where relevant)
• Not list prohibited items (stolen goods, illegal vessels, hazardous materials without proper
authorization, etc.)

5.3 Pricing and Availability
You are solely responsible for setting the price and determining availability. You must promptly update
or remove listings that are no longer available.

5.4 Communication with Buyers
You agree to respond to genuine inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You must not use the
messaging system for spam, harassment, or off-platform solicitation that violates these Terms.

5.5 Fees and Promoted Listings
If you purchase promoted listings or other paid features, the applicable fees will be shown at the time of
purchase. Fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

5.6 Removal of Listings
We reserve the right to remove or refuse any listing that violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use
Guidelines, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to the Service or other users.
We are not obligated to provide a reason for every removal.

5.7 Seller Responsibility
You remain fully responsible for the items you sell, including title, condition, delivery (if any), and
compliance with all applicable laws. Nautical Marketplace is not a party to the transaction and assumes
no liability for the sale or the item.

5.8 Termination of Selling Privileges
We may suspend or permanently revoke your ability to post listings if you repeatedly violate this
Agreement or the Terms of Service, or if we detect fraudulent or abusive activity.
